ADultingHD is a household task management app designed to help you organize and gamify your chores. You may use it to:
You agree not to misuse the app, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
ADultingHD offers an optional one-time "Pro" unlock as a non-consumable In-App Purchase. This purchase is permanent and does not expire or renew. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
Your use of ADultingHD is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information.
ADultingHD is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Task scheduling and reminders are provided as organizational aids and should not be relied upon as the sole method for managing critical obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShadowPuppet, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of ADultingHD.
All content, design, code, and trademarks in ADultingHD are the property of ShadowPuppet, LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app.
You may stop using ADultingHD at any time by deleting the app. We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any features at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
